Beth T. Proudfoot, LMFT is a parenting expert with 30 years of experience teaching “emotional fluency,” conflict resolution, and 21st Century Discipline to parents, teachers, and daycare providers. 

Co-author of "The Magic of Positive Parenting" and author of the "Trailblazing Parenting" series, Beth has been featured at conferences for the National Center for Self Esteem, the National Association for the Education of Young Children, California Mothers of Twins, and the California Council of Parent-Participation Nursery Schools.
    
A former cable television talk show host, Beth’s style is “professional” and “folksy” at the same time. Whether she’s leading an intimate discussion group or lecturing in front of hundreds, she never fails to inform and inspire.

He is the author of “Thank God I Paid Cash for the Rolls: Stories of Financial Struggles, Survival and Success.” The book is based on Eric’s experiences and those of his clients. It offers a light hearted yet practical approach to financial planning. It aims at taking the mystery out of financial concepts so that readers can benefit from the practical ideas.

ric’s civic activities include past president of the Rotary Club of Porterville where he has been a member for 30 years,  past president of the Porterville Chamber of Commerce, and past president of the Tulare-Kings Life Underwriters Association.


In his spare time, Eric was the 2011 -  2014 Chairman of the Rolls Royce Owners Club-Northern California Region. He is also an avid traveler and is a destination and special interest speaker on several ocean liners


Eric Ball is a third generation Californian whose ancestors sailed across the Atlantic to their new lives in the American Colonies in 1654.  Later generations traversed the Great Plains by covered wagon and railroad to reach the Pioneer West.

Eric first began traveling as a child with his parents.  Each summer the family would pitch the tent somewhere in the Western United States and Canada.  Fascinated by both historical figures and events, Eric majored in History at the University of California, Berkeley and later earned a Masters from The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.


As an adult, Eric began the first of 45 cruises in 1988.  He has lectured on eight cruise lines, sailing the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, the Caribbean Sea and Drake’s passage, combining his knowledge of history with his travel experiences




Eric S. Ball is a Certified Financial Planner with KMS Financial Services, Inc. and has over 30 years of financial planning, investment and insurance experience.Eric entered the financial services industry in 1981 with The Bankers Life. He established his own firm, Ball Wealth Management, in 2006 in Porterville, California. Eric earned his undergraduate degree in history from the University of California, Berkeley and his Masters in Financial Services from The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.

From the boardroom of corporate clients to the “Back Forty” with farmers and growers, to professionals, self-employed business owners, to retirees, Eric has worked with hundreds of individuals, business owners and corporate clients, specializing in financial planning and retirement plans. The result of working with a diverse range of clients, from urban to rural, from Millennial generation, to Baby Boomers, to clients in their golden years, has given Eric a unique perspective on how people and their finances interact.

He has traveled to such unusual destinations as Pitcairn Island, Easter Island and Antarctica.

Eric has presented programs on ships sailing to South America, Alaska, the Caribbean, Antarctica, Hawaii, and Europe including the Mediterranean,  the British Isles and Scandinavia.

Eric makes these destinations come alive with captivating photographs and stories of the people who shaped world events.

Closer to home, Eric is the Master of Ceremonies for the Annual City of Hope Spectacular, the Porterville Panther Band, the Annual Veteran's Day Buck Shaffer Band-A-Rama and sings ersatz tenor in the Sierra Vocal Arts Ensemble
